Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

• Standard Tracked (2–3 working days) - £3.95, free on orders over £50
• Express Tracked (1–2 working days) - £6.95

Please allow up to 7–10 days for delivery.

International delivery

• Europe - 4–7 working days, from £12
• Rest of world - 7–14 working days, from £20

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking within two working days, please contact us at hello@uniformclothing.co.uk.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. UK parcels are considered lost after 10 working days; international parcels after 25 working days.
